About the project

IPA was assigned the design TESY's fifth plant in Bulgaria. A significant part of the design solution was the construction of the overall image of the modern administrative area. The interior design for that zone was what IPA mostly focused on. Our architects skillfully combined colors and elements from TESY's corporate identity with contemporary and modern design solutions to complete the overall interior feeling.

Wood, stone, and clean surfaces refracted with a modern look and design are elegantly combined throughout the whole building. TESY's corporate color - purple, plays a central but subtle role in the design of all interior spaces. It works as an accent in the interior, while simultaneously contributing to the overall effect of the spaces in the building.

The purple color is elegantly incorporated into various surfaces and materials. It plays various roles depending on the function and aesthetics of the rooms – it's used in the soft furniture in the lobby, for the spectacular wall decorations in the corridors, and shiny surfaces in the toilets.
The building lobby welcomes visitors in a modern spacious room where the neat surfaces of the flooring and walls contrast with the warmth of the wood. It is used in the reception design and as an accent in the planters and in the arch that divides the room into two parts. The upholstered furniture is decided in the corporate color of the company.

Wood also appears as an accent in the wall coverings when moving along the corridors of the building, as well as in the design of the doors in the corridor and the panels in the conference room. It serves a role as a warm contrasting element to the otherwise cold surfaces that greet you throughout the building – stone slabs, dark wall coverings, and glass partition walls.
Furniture-wise, the emphasis is again on wood, clean white surfaces, and black metal. The traditional choice in these elements also aims to achieve a classic design that is always relevant in the corporate world.
