THE FOCUS OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Design in all phases of the architectural project - conceptual, technical and operational

Adapt the project to the requirements of the clients and the environment

Identify problems and offer solutions for the vision and technical solutions of the object
-
Prepare coordination drawings
-
Design according to the budgeted terms and time of the project
-
Apply the main content of the current regulations on regional development, territorial planning, geodesy, cartography and cadaster, design, implementation and control of construction
-
Effective use of materials, technologies and resources
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
-
Master degree in the specialty
-
2 years’ experience of work in the specialty (after graduation)
-
Excellent skills in software products REVIT, PhotoShop, MSOffice
-
Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of design
-
Proficiency in English at a business level
-
Recommendations from the implementation of previous projects is an advantage
-
Effective time management and good organization
-
Responsible attitude to your work and commitments
-
Teamwork, communication and flexibility skills
