Architectural Design

The architectural project include all design stages - architectural concept, conceptual design, technical design, and detailed design. At each stage at IPA - Architecture and more, we strive to incorporate the latest materials, contemporary design trends, and construction innovations to ensure quality, sustainability, and functionality.

A lead designer manages the entire process, coordinating between architectural and engineering teams, maintaining clear communication with the client, and guiding the project smoothly from initial idea to final realization.

We use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to develop virtual models that enable real-time project coordination, improve collaboration between disciplines, and minimize design and construction errors.

The technical design phase ensures full integration between architectural, structural, and MEP systems. This coordinated documentation is essential for obtaining a building permit and moving the project forward.

The detailed design phase is typically completed during the construction preparation stage. It provides contractors with drawings and specifications required for accurate and efficient execution on site.
