Project Coordination: IPA - Architecture and more manages the coordination of projects with all relevant institutions, utility providers, and regulatory authorities. This includes the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA), municipal landscaping departments, traffic safety and management authorities, public health administrations, fire safety agencies, cultural heritage preservation bodies, the civil aviation authorities, and environmental regulatory agencies.
Project Approval: Once coordination is complete, we facilitate the project’s formal approval by municipal spatial planning authorities. Our team maintains active communication with officials, presents the design solutions, and ensures that any feedback or recommendations are addressed promptly and accurately.
