The official groundbreaking for Boyana Sense took place on June 5, 2024, marking the start of construction for the residential development in Sofia’s Boyana neighborhood. Designed by IPA - Architecture and more, the project is conceived as a gated residential environment combining housing, landscaped outdoor areas, and shared amenities.
Boyana Sense consists of four residential buildings. Each building has four floors and 13 apartments, with direct access to underground parking and garages. Ground-floor homes include private gardens, while the upper-level residences feature large roof terraces with panoramic views.
The development also includes a wellness center with a fitness area, spa facilities, and a shop, extending the residential program with amenities intended for everyday use.
