On October 15, the first exhibition of the travelling series presenting the architectural projects for the new municipal school in Triaditsa District took place.
The event was held at the Union of Architects in Bulgaria and brought together the competition participants with members of the architectural community and the public.
As part of the programme, a discussion brought together the authors of several projects, who shared the ideas and design solutions behind their concepts.
Arch. Tsvetan Petrov and architect arch. Yana Bailey presented the concept design for the new public school in Triaditsa, with which IPA - Architecture and more won first place in the competition.
They spoke about the concept that envisions the school as an open and inclusive space, fostering the connection between students, the neighbourhood and nature.
The exhibition at the Union of Architects in Bulgaria will be open to visitors until October 21 (floor 1, hall 1), after which the travelling exhibition will continue as follows:
- 2–16 November – National Palace of Culture, west mezzanine
- 17–30 November – University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, new building, Block A, floor 2
