Arch. Tsvetan Petrov, Managing Director of IPA - Architecture and more, took part in the Office Investments & Workspace Forum 2025, organized by The City Media Group.
He joined Panel 1, “From Efficiency to Effectiveness,” which examined how workplace environments can move beyond operational efficiency to support performance, well-being, and long-term value. The discussion addressed sustainable, user-centered, and technologically advanced office spaces, the influence of ESG requirements, and the factors shaping competitiveness in the office sector.
The forum took place on May 15 at Sofia Event Center and brought together industry professionals to exchange ideas, share practical experience, and discuss the future of workplace design and management.
