Three projects by IPA - Architecture and more were among the major winners at Bulgaria’s national Building of the Year 2023 competition.
At a gala event at Sofia Event Center, organizer City Media Group presented the awards in one of Bulgaria’s leading competitions in the fields of architecture, investment, and construction. The event was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.

Here are the award-winning projects.
The new Rollplast Production and Administrative Complex received First Prize in the Production and Logistics Buildings category. The high-tech complex is the result of successful collaboration between engineers and designers. With its architectural concept and innovative design, the complex provides a high level of functionality and comfort, creating excellent conditions for the company’s operations.
Residential Park Lozen, a project by Lindner Group in Bulgaria, received the “Residential Environment and Functional Mix” award in the Residential Complexes of Single-Family Buildings category. Ambitious in scale and vision, the development is defined by innovative thinking, a comprehensively planned concept, and careful attention to detail, with a strong focus on residents’ needs, comfort, and quality of life.
The multifunctional Veliko Tarnovo Business Center received the “Regional Development” award. BCVT is an office building focused on supporting business development and represents a forward-looking approach to creating new employment opportunities in and around Veliko Tarnovo. Combining a broad range of functions, comfort, and sustainable solutions, the project establishes new standards for contemporary construction and the management of business environments.
