He became part of the team shortly after the company was founded. His experience and knowledge in architecture, urban planning and client needs have contributed to the rapid growth and development of IPA - Architecture and more.
He laid the foundations of the company’s modern work organization by helping define its main departments and the interactions between them. He also created the first architectural design standards implemented by IPA. Through his personal example and the guidance he gives to his colleagues, he quickly became a mentor to everyone on the team.
Today, Arch. Teodor Delev advises IPA’s clients at the earliest stages of the investment process. His ability to conduct in-depth analysis of the environment and quickly identify potential challenges in the realization of an investment intention is highly valued.
