Residential Park Lozen was nominated in the Houses category of the ArchDaily Building of the Year Awards 2025. The recognition was one of three nominations received by the project in the same edition of the awards, alongside Housing and Best Applied Products.
Designed by IPA - Architecture and more, the residential development near Sofia was published by ArchDaily in 2024 and completed in 2023. The project combines individually defined homes with shared landscaped spaces and a consistent architectural identity.
