Approval and Coordination

Pre-project phase: To establish the time and financial framework of the investment at the earliest stage, we promptly provide the project with all the necessary initial data, opinions, instructions, and documents.

Project coordination: IPA ensures project coordination with all necessary operating companies and administrations, such as the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadaster, municipal landscaping units, traffic safety, and management authorities, administrations implementing state health policy, and those for insurance of fire safety, the authorities for the management and protection of cultural heritage, the civil aviation administration and the authorities for the management of the environment.

Project approval: After the project has been approved, we ensure its approval by the municipal authorities for territorial planning through active communication, introducing them to the project solutions. If necessary, we apply the recommendations to the project in a timely manner.
