Construction of Boyana Senses in Sofia's Boyana district officially began on June 16, 2022. The project was developed by IPA - Architecture and more. The current English project page confirms the corresponding Boyana Senses project URL and identifies it as a residential complex in Boyana.
The project forms part of the residential portfolio of IPA - Architecture and more in residential buildings and focuses on creating a calm living environment with a limited number of residences, panoramic views, and abundant natural light.
The architectural design uses stepped building volumes to improve daylight access to the residences while shaping a generous internal courtyard. Landscaped outdoor areas provide spaces for privacy, play, and social interaction, reinforcing the relationship between the residential environment and the natural setting of Boyana.
