Orbico Bulgaria partnered with IPA to create the new headquarters of the company - one of the largest providers of logistics services on the Bulgarian market and part of Orbico Group, the largest distributor in Europe.
Creating "a sense of home" was the guiding principle in the design process and the reason why architects, designers, and investors united around the maxim "Home for business, home for people". This principle is strictly followed down to the smallest detail in the interior design of the office building. In the design, the corporate colors of the company elegantly appear, as well as textures and materials that bring a feeling of home and coziness.
Functionally, the interior design of the office building is in line with the corporate building's requirements, but aesthetically, it is fully inspired by the comfort and warmth of the home environment.
The interior design observes three main goals. First, to offer maximum functionality and flexibility of the premises, second, to make a creative environment for communication and growth and third, to help employees have a sense of belonging to the company and the team.
The building lobby welcomes visitors with a modern design, highlighted by warm wood and pure light surfaces. The look is enhanced with red accents - the corporate color of the company. It also is elegantly implemented as a detail in all other rooms of the building.
The main used materials are concrete, oak veneer, and perforated sheet iron. All of them are combined with elegant linear lighting fixtures - designed by IPA - and the red color accented in the furniture, as well as other decorative elements.
