Construction of the Simeonovo Alleys residential complex in Sofia's Simeonovo neighborhood officially began on November 12, 2021.
The development consists of 21 single-family houses situated on a 20,000 sq. m site at the foot of Vitosha Mountain. The concept focuses on creating a calm residential environment that combines individual living, proximity to nature, and contemporary standards of comfort.
The houses form part of the residential portfolio of IPA - Architecture and more in residential buildings. The architectural design establishes a consistent architectural language across the individual homes, giving the development a coherent overall identity.
IPA - Architecture and more marked the start of construction together with Simeonovo Alleys, Unique Estates, and the other partners involved in the project.
