In May 2024, representatives of IPA - Architecture and more take part in two professional events focused on architecture, workplace design, building technologies, and geodesy: the Office Investments & Workspace Forum 2024 and the 36th International Geodesy Students’ Meeting (IGSM).
Office Investments & Workspace Forum 2024 takes place on May 15 at Sofia Event Center. This year’s program examines how changing work models are influencing contemporary office design, with discussions on green transformation, energy efficiency, ESG standards, and new technologies for creating high-quality workplace environments.
Maria Hinkova and Lazar Tsankov represent IPA in Panel 4: Project Showcase: Office Innovation & the Green Transformation, sharing the team’s experience in the development of large-scale office projects. The panel addresses green office transformation, energy-efficient solutions, emerging technologies, and the relationship between functionality and efficiency in modern workplace design.
IPA also participates in the 36th International Geodesy Students’ Meeting, hosted by the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy from May 12 to 18. Tsvetelina Bordzukova represents IPA with a company presentation on May 13, followed by a workshop on May 16 covering software applications for spatial modeling, grading plans, earthwork volume calculations, and quantity estimates for the geodesy component of investment projects in Bulgaria.
Participation in the two forums reflects different areas of IPA’s multidisciplinary practice, connecting contemporary workplace architecture and sustainable design with geodesy and digital tools used throughout the investment design process.
