The first homes in Phase 1 of Residential Park Lozen have received occupancy permits, marking an important stage in the development of the residential community near Sofia. Construction of the first phase began in the summer of 2019 and includes 135 single-family, two-family, and row houses. The original English publication confirms both the milestone and the Phase 1 housing program.
Residential Park Lozen is the third major project developed by Lindner Group in Bulgaria. Its implementation requires comprehensive new internal and external infrastructure designed to support the residential areas and the different stages of the development.
At the time the first occupancy permits were issued, commissioning of the remaining part of Phase 1 was continuing in stages, alongside construction of the project’s public zone.
Residential Park Lozen is part of IPA’s portfolio of residential building architecture projects, combining low-rise housing, shared landscaped areas, and an urban planning concept shaped by the natural setting of Lozen.
