Good news for the end of the year - the Residential Park Lozen project has received right of use permissions for its first phase of houses.
A first phase of development began in the summer of 2019 and includes 135 single-family, two-family, and rowhouses.
This project, the third for Lindner Group in Bulgaria, involves a comprehensive internal and external infrastructure upgrade.
Phase 1 commissioning is also underway, as is construction of the Public Zone.
