About the project

International Power Supply (IPS) trusted IPA with the design of Bulgaria's first entirely independent from the national electricity grid factory. The production building complex is located in the city of Kardzhali and houses the serial production of intelligent energy conversion systems developed by the company, as well as an administrative area to ensure its full functioning. The building is entirely powered using renewable sources with the ЕХЕRОN technology created by IPS.

The client's investment plan covers the construction of a production and storage building for power supply systems, complete with an administrative function. The complex consists of three interconnected sections of different heights - block A, block B, and block C.

In the production building complex of IPS, we skillfully combined the highest quality building materials, modern consumer technologies, and techniques for electricity production.

The central highlight of the project is that it fully covers its energy consumption by renewable sources in a combination of traction batteries and the ЕХЕRОN power supply system. 1,400 photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof, and three support the production process for electrical energy.

The inspiration behind the overall engineering work was the desire to demonstrate the way the ЕХЕRОN technology - a product of the company - works. It unfailingly provides autonomous, reliable, and high-quality electric power, and the realized architectural project is conclusive proof of this.

The building is distinctive with its elegant and irregular facade, made with construction materials with long operational life. A suspended facade is provided for the entrance lobby and terrace areas on the second level. The external enclosing walls are completed with three-layer thermal panels, and the administrative area is provided with a lining of composite aluminum panels in two colors.

Visually, one of the most intriguing details is the visor over the entrance, which protrudes distinctly forward, goes over the road, and ends with the company logo.
