Project Coordination, Approval, and Administrative Procedures

IPA - Architecture and more supports investors through the administrative procedures required for the development and approval of investment projects. The work includes identifying applicable requirements, collecting baseline information, official statements, and documents, and communicating with public authorities, municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.

The process begins during the pre-design stage, when the administrative, technical, and regulatory conditions affecting the specific property, building, or investment proposal are clarified. Identifying the required actions at an early stage helps establish a clearer sequence, schedule, and assessment of potential risks.

Project coordination and approval includes preparing and submitting project documentation to the relevant authorities and tracking the required procedures. Depending on the project, the process may involve requirements related to cadastre, transportation, landscaping, fire safety, cultural heritage, civil aviation, and technical infrastructure.

As part of the process, we also review environmental legislation compliance. This may include the preparation of notifications, assessments, applications, and other documents related to the investment proposal and its potential environmental impact.

The objective is to provide the investor with a clearer administrative path, better-prepared documentation, and a more reliable basis for moving into the subsequent stages of design and implementation. Identifying requirements early reduces the risk of incomplete documentation, delays, and changes during later project stages.
