The process may begin with a property development potential analysis and Project Test Fit, continue through pre-design and technical studies and the development of an architectural concept, and then progress into coordinated architectural design.
Depending on the project, the scope may also include landscape design and park planning, interior design, and design supervision during construction. This allows the building, outdoor environment, and interior spaces to be developed as parts of one coordinated solution.
