IPA - Architecture and more provides urban planning and cadastre services for properties, investment proposals, and larger territories. Our work considers the urban context, planning parameters, ownership, infrastructure capacity, and development potential.
Our team develops territorial development concepts and detailed development plans (DDP) defining land use, regulation, development parameters, and connections with the existing urban environment.
We also provide cadaster services related to cadastral maps, amendments, and the registration of land plots, buildings, and individual property units, together with the required documentation.
For projects involving multiple stakeholders, we apply urban mediation and strategic planning to support dialogue between investors, public authorities, designers, property owners, and local communities.
