About the project

IPA – Architecture and more has been commissioned to design TESY’s fifth production facility in Bulgaria. A key component of the project is the creation of a cohesive contemporary identity for the administrative zone. Its interior design is one of the primary focuses of IPA - Architecture and more’s work. The architects skillfully combine colours and accents from TESY’s corporate identity with contemporary design solutions to achieve a unified interior expression.

Throughout the building, wood, stone, and clean surfaces are elegantly combined and refined through a modern aesthetic. TESY’s corporate colour -purple – plays a central yet subtle role in shaping the interior spaces. It functions as an accent within the surrounding environment while contributing to the overall spatial character.

The purple tone is incorporated into various surfaces and materials. Depending on the function and aesthetic of each space, it serves different purposes - appearing in the soft seating in the lobby, the expressive wall panels along the corridors, and the glossy finishes in the sanitary areas.

The lobby welcomes visitors into a modern, spacious environment where the clean floor and wall surfaces contrast with the warmth of the wood. Wood is used in the reception desk, as an accent in the planters, and in the arch element that visually defines the space. The soft seating is selected in the company’s corporate colour.

Moving through the corridors, wood reappears as an accent in the wall cladding, the door design, and the paneling in the conference room. It is chosen as a warm counterpoint to the cooler materials present throughout the building - stone slabs, dark wall finishes, and glass partition walls.

The furniture design once again emphasizes wood, clean white surfaces, and black metal. This classic combination aims to achieve a timeless aesthetic - an approach that remains consistently relevant within the corporate interior environment.
