1HOME is a multifamily residential building with a contemporary urban character, designed by the architects of IPA – Architecture and more. The investor behind this ambitious project is Green Life, a leading company with 25 years of experience in urban and resort property development.
The building is situated on a generous plot, with the footprint occupying only one quarter of the site. The remaining area is shaped as an inner courtyard that offers a private park-like environment with pedestrian alleys, landscaped gardens, pergolas, and children’s playgrounds.
1HOME consists of five residential sections, each with its own entrance and fifteen floors, opening up views towards Vitosha Mountain and the wider city of Sofia. At ground level, the building accommodates a café, retail spaces, a children’s center, a fitness area, technical premises, as well as apartments with spacious terraces facing the courtyard.
The building offers a variety of one- and two-bedroom apartments with regular geometries and high ceilings, providing a sense of spaciousness and abundant natural light. The apartments are oriented towards the inner parts of the complex and come in different sizes and layouts, allowing each resident to develop their own distinctive interior style and atmosphere.
Parking is resolved with two underground levels of parking spaces and garages, accessed via two double-lane ramps. Additional surface-level parking further facilitates visitor access.
The architectural design of 1HOME incorporates elements of natural materials and earthy tones, bringing warmth and harmony to the building and defining its overall identity.
1HOME is located in the wider central area of Sofia, within walking distance of Mall of Sofia, the Ruski Pametnik area, and Vazrazhdane Park. Ohridsko Ezero Street is one of the few locations in central Sofia that has preserved the atmosphere, character, and sense of openness of the city’s old, romantic fabric.
