SEG Work & Logistic Hub in Krivina brings together logistics, production, administrative, and representative functions within a single complex. The project includes a logistics base, office section, showroom, and workshop for sets and furniture, organized according to the specific requirements of the company’s operations.
As part of the architectural design, the logistics section is developed as a storage and production area for the production and storage of stages, furniture, installations, exhibition stands, and various structures for events. Racking systems and four loading ramps are provided, ensuring direct access for trucks.
As a project in the logistics and warehouse buildings category, the complex combines the efficient organization of logistics processes with a working environment for the company’s administrative and creative team.
The administrative section is organized on three floors. The first level includes a lobby, showroom, and workshop area. The second floor includes a dining area and a panoramic terrace with landscaped areas for rest. The third level accommodates open office spaces and conference areas. Spaces for rest, social interaction, and various employee activities are also provided.
The logistics and administrative sections are functionally connected through internal stairs and a balcony that provides a visual connection between the office spaces and the production hall.
The architectural appearance of the complex emphasizes the different functions through materials and colors. The administrative section features a glass curtain wall and movable perforated sunshading panels. The aluminum composite panels are finished in SEG’s characteristic copper color, while the warehouse section is clad in light-toned insulated panels. In the interior, wood surfaces are combined with granite.
As part of the IPA - Architecture and more portfolio of industrial buildings, the project also includes systems for more efficient energy management. A photovoltaic power system is installed on the roof, while heating, cooling, and ventilation are controlled through a BMS system that allows monitoring of energy consumption and equipment operation. A self-regulating Green Warehouse intelligent lighting system is also provided.
In 2019, SEG Work & Logistic Hub received a Special Award in the Building of the Year competition in the Production and Logistics Buildings category.
