Sunset Garden is a boutique residential building distinguished by its remarkable architectural character. The project focuses on the efficient use of space, a timeless contemporary aesthetic, and the application of high-quality materials and advanced technological solutions.
With its clean lines, modern facades, durable materials, and compact scale, Sunset Garden achieves a smooth transition from low-rise single-family housing to mid-rise multifamily development, preserving the familiar identity of a southern Sofia neighborhood at the foothills of Vitosha Mountain.
The design and construction process is based on long-lasting, premium-grade materials. The roofs and facades follow comprehensive system solutions with high-performance thermal and waterproofing layers, ensuring the durability of the building envelope. The facade design incorporates innovative and dynamic principles, expressed through stone cladding with a varied, large-format pattern, refined textures, and a sculpted relief with clean forms and subtle detailing.
Glass railings are executed with contemporary systems without vertical profiles, while the metal railings on the ground floor feature a minimalistic design that corresponds to the openwork property fencing.
The underground parking provides individual garages with sufficient width, depth, and height, with no practical restrictions for users’ vehicles.
Functionally, the apartments include large, wide living spaces with full-length glazing and abundant natural light provided either along the entire width of the room or from two facades. The three-room apartments feature a second bathroom with toilet, and storage areas and niches are positioned in direct relation to the entrance foyers.
The bedrooms have regular geometries and ample space for double beds, wardrobes, additional furniture, and work areas, all accessed directly through the corridor and entrance foyer. The common interior areas are finished with marble and limestone, contributing to the building’s exclusive character.
