Gravity Homes & Living, part of the Ocean Investments holding company, is a residential complex in the Kambanite area at the foot of Vitosha Mountain. The project combines residential functions with extensive landscaped areas, sports facilities, and shared community spaces. The development covers a total area of 110,000 sq m, of which 92,000 sq m is dedicated to green space.
At the core of the architectural concept by IPA - Architecture and more are spaciousness, functionality, and a close relationship with the natural environment. The masterplan includes an internal park, children's playgrounds, football and basketball courts, a pet park, an outdoor fitness area, and paths for running, cycling, and outdoor activities. The project also forms part of IPA's urban design portfolio, where buildings, circulation, landscaping, and shared spaces are considered as parts of a coherent environment.
The residential program includes apartments ranging from 200 to 400 sq m and houses from 280 to 600 sq m. Ceiling heights are 3 meters and reach up to 6 meters in selected areas. Individual houses may incorporate photovoltaic systems with inverters, private elevators, and swimming pools. The homes are also designed to be ready for the integration of smart home systems.
A dedicated community building provides a 24/7 reception, lounge and concierge services, Deli Café, Healthy Bar, fitness and spa facilities, a yoga studio, and a boxing room. It also includes coworking space, conference rooms, a home cinema, a gaming area, and a children's zone with its own outdoor garden.
Gravity Homes & Living also offers the option for homes to be completed to an interior design standard, allowing them to be ready for occupancy following completion of the development.
